Since we all are waiting for the iOS 5 Public release, but is making updated constantly from time to time like the release of the iOS 5 Gold Master, Mac OS X 10.7.2 , seeded iTunes 10.5 and iTunes 10.5.1[for developers], releases airport utility in the app store, icloud.com is live with new updates, launched Find My Friends app which will allow you to track the Location of your friends and family and moreover, musclenerd also Tweeted that its possible to Unlock iOS 5 with the Ultrasn0w, but you will have to wait for it.
The App find my friends already hits the app store and the another app is also released for the app store “Airport Utility”, which lets you manage your AirPort Extreme, AirPort Express and Time Capsule base station right on your iOS device.

Previously, Apple is planning to launch the Airport Utility app along with the iOS 5 Release but after quick discussions in the Apple Team, they deicded to release this app as alone as a universal app for the iphone, ipad and ipod touch but it requires iOS 5 or later to run.
