Download Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread Updates Leaked for Samsung Galaxy S II (Unofficial)

We all know that there is a lot of competition between the biggest mobile sellers like Apple, samsung, windows phone 7, nokia and other small and big mobile companies which are running the Android OS as their Platform. And this is the fact that the Samsung Galaxy S II is the currently the hottest and the best selling phone is the market these days. So, samsung started rolling out the  Android 2.3.4 update for its best selling smartphone, and the hottest Android phone on the planet, the Galaxy S II.

While officially, Samsung is rolling out the Android 2.3.4 firmware update, unofficially the Android 2.3.5 firmware for the Galaxy S II has leaked online.

While we see that the users are still using the android 2.3.3 and are waiting for the official 2.3.4 OTA update, but there is android 2.3.5 ROM which is leaked out according to the resources of Pocketnow and is available to download.

The Samsung Galaxy S II is still THE Android phone of the moment (at least until one of those HD screen-enabled beasts are released) and the manufacturer is trying to maintain the phone up to date as much as possible.

The latest leak represents Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread for the Samsung Galaxy S II. The firmware version is I9100XXKI3, which translates to European version 3, dated September 15.

The leaked Android 2.3.5 for the Galaxy S II does bring some new changes, and also improves the performance of an already fast phone. Users over at XDA forums who flashed the leaked firmware ((KI3) are reporting Quadrant scores in the range of 3900 to 4100. One notable change in the new firmware is that Samsung has replaced the bounce animation at the end of a list, with a  blue over scroll glow effect.
