The device comes with 10.1 inches PLS TFT capacitive touchscreen display with the resolution of 800×1280 pixels and pixel density that is 149ppi.

Custom Recovery Image Installed on it.
Prime Requisites :
- Take Backup of your Android device contacts, your apps and your accounts associated with it.
- Make sure Your Android device is atleast 50% charged so that it can’t get switched off.
- Disable Anti virus and other tools in your computer.
How To Install CyanogenMod 9 Android 4.0.1 ICS Firmware On Galaxy Tab 10.1 GT P7500:
Step 1: Enable USB Debugging mode on your device, You can do this
Settings> Applications> Development
Step 2: Download CyanogenMod 9 Android 4.0.1 ICS Firmware from here along with Google Apps from here to your computer.
Step 3: After downloaded, connect the device using USB data cable and copy the two files in your device.
Step 4: After copying, disconnect the device, turn off the tab and enter into recovery mode.
Step 5: The recovery mode can be entered by pressing Volume Up Button and then holding this rocker key, turn on the tab by pressing the Power Button.
Step 6: In Recovery mode, select “ Wipe data/factory reset” and “Wipe Cache partition” and select “yes” so that both of these options are processed.
Step 7: Select “Install zip from sd card” to select the file which you have placed in your tab and then navigate with the help of volume rocker keys to select “Yes”.
Step 8: Once you select the file, you need to wait till the file gets processed. After this, you need to install the Google Apps which you have placed in your device.
Step 9: After this, select Go Back and select “Reboot System Now” option to reboot your device.
Note: If gives an error “E: Signature failed” then means that the tab is not rooted and you need to repeat the whole process.
