Motorola DROID 3 Gingerbread updates (5.6.890) rolls out

The update for Droid 3 is out now and this updates bring to you Google Talk video along with various fixes which includes a fix for improving the battery life. This update will bring your device to the 5.6.890.XT862.Verizon.en.US. Users will be like always notified of the update automatically but you can also grab it manually before the automatic from Menu/Settings/About Phone/System Updates. The update might not be available immediately so keep checking.
