Nintendo officially Releases 3DS System firmware Updates with 10 minutes of 3D Video Recording [Download Now], also improved QR Functionality code & 3D stop motion animated videos. The Nintendo 3DS is a portable game console produced by Nintendo. Theautostereoscopic device is able to project stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or any additional accessories.

Before releasing this update, they have already posted this news on 28th November and finally they have made it possible after some internal testings and set to scheduled on 8 december.
The update is free you just head over to your system update settings and from there you are able to grab this download.
Nintendo 3DS System Update Changelog :
1. 3D Video, and 3D Stop Motion animation videos.
2. QR code functionality will be improved
3. Transfer game files between Nintendo 3DS systems
4. New puzzles and extra Find Mii Dungeon
5. eShop will be expanded as well, You’ll soon have access to game demos (for both downloadable games and retail games)
6. You’ll be able to download software while your system is in Sleep Mode.
7. The eShop will also support Download Codes (which will be used primarily for special promotions) and will enable users to save payment information to their system if they so so desire
8. The update will add a new application to your system’s Home Menu: ”Nintendo Zone” active when you’re at a Nintendo 3DS hotspot location. Provides free access to exclusive content, streaming 3D videos (such as gametrailers, tv ads) trivia games, and retail promotions
Other new stuff in the StreetPass Mii Plaza includes a music player for Mii Plaza music, new Find Mii stuff (Find Mii 2 game and lots of new hats, accessible only to those who have all the hats from the first game), new Puzzle Swap puzzles, and even some kind of new SpotPass connectivity, to bring Miis into your Plaza from the internet. I’m not sure how this works yet.
