T-Mobile Nokia Lumia 710 Coming On 11th January For $49.99

Ahead of an event taking place later today in New York city, Nokia press site has released a full date sheet and images for T-Mobile upcoming Nokia Lumia 710. T-Mobile and Nokia announced the upcoming availability of the first windows phone from Nokia on the United states market, namely Lumia 710. The Nokia Lumia 710 arrives on shelves at T-Mobile with support for the wireless carrier’s 4G network, as well as with premium hardware inside, the wireless carrier announced. Windows phone offers a compelling mobile OS choice for the people who want the smartphone built around them, their friends and family. We expect it to play a more prominent role in our lineup and marketing efforts in 2012.

At the same time, the new device brings along support for a variety of applications available through the windows phone marketplace, and for various services that both Nokia and Microsoft have put in place for Windows phone.

Nokia Lumia 710, a lower end, lower cost Windows Phone sibling to the Lumia 800, has less flash memory at 8GB but will ship more colors when it arrives in early 2012.

The Nokia Lumia 710 features suggest that the body type of the model is touch bar form factor model. The handset comes with Black, White (front)/ black, white, cyan, fuchsia and yellow (back) colors. The touch phone has 2G and 3G networks. HTML, xHTML, WAP 2.0 and RSS feeds web browser is well added in the model. Other specs are Corning gorilla glass display, Nokia ClearBlack display, 8GB internal storage, 512MB RAM, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and EDR, microUSB 2.0, Stereo FM radio with RDS, A-GPS support and SNS integration. The Lumia 710 has the battery life upto 1300 mAh battery, stand by time upto 400 hours (2G)/ 400 hours (3G) and talk time upto 7 hours (2G)/ 8 hours (3G).

Internet Explorer Mobile, Bing Search with voice activation and Local Scout, and popular services like Netflix and T-Mobile TV with mobile HD1 are also present on the new device, along with Nokia Drive for voice guided, turn by turn navigation and ESPN for accessing exclusive sports content.

The Nokia Lumia 710 will be available on 11th January 2012, T-Mobile customers will be able to buy these ne w device for $49.99 with the signing of two year contract agreement with wireless carrier and after a $50 mail in rebate card.
